Sioux Falls, SD – March 21, 2019 – Rosenbauer introduces the 100’ King Cobra articulating platform, which is designed, engineered, and manufactured by Rosenbauer America. Designed for departments that desire the ability to land behind a parapet wall or reach below a bridge deck, the King Cobra can reach up to 20’ below grade utilizing its 8’ articulating jib and the SMART aerial’s capability to extend 12° below grade.
Rosenbauer debuted a new slide-out equipment tray at its annual dealer meeting in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The Rapid Deploy Tray (RDT) has a rating of up to 500-lbs. Crew members push a button from the cab activating the system which opens the rear compartment door, then extends the equipment tray for quick access.
Rosenbauer rolled-out their RDL (Rapid Deploy Light tower), an auto-deploying pneumatic LED scene light tower, at its annual dealer meeting in Sioux Falls, SD. Upon activation, a tower deploys to a height of eight-feet with the capability of extending up to 20-feet under manual control.
